  • A quicker flow-based option while moving with each Breath.
  • Building on Hatha yoga, this style offers more cardiovascular benefits.
  • Knowledge of traditional Hatha poses is beneficial.

Yin

Deep, reflective and slow.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • A practice to target fascia, poses are held for longer (expect 3+ minutes for each).
  • Utilizing props to support allows for deeper release in fascial structures.
  • Working towards stillness expect this style to slow you down.

Restorative

Gentle and supported.

  • Time to rest and receive in each yoga pose.
  • Softening into supported shapes, this style offers a place to simply be.
  • A quieter class, less instruction is given once settled into a shape.
