- A quicker flow-based option while moving with each Breath.
- Building on Hatha yoga, this style offers more cardiovascular benefits.
- Knowledge of traditional Hatha poses is beneficial.
Yin
Deep, reflective and slow.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- A practice to target fascia, poses are held for longer (expect 3+ minutes for each).
- Utilizing props to support allows for deeper release in fascial structures.
- Working towards stillness expect this style to slow you down.
Restorative
Gentle and supported.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Time to rest and receive in each yoga pose.
- Softening into supported shapes, this style offers a place to simply be.
- A quieter class, less instruction is given once settled into a shape.
