About Me

If you can breathe, you can yoga!  Joining me you can expect to explore shapes and varying movement while maintaining awareness of your breath.  I like to explore the traditional Hatha Yoga postures with variations and consideration for diverse bodies.  Offering choices while you participate, I fully support and respect everyone’s individual practice.  Movement is geared to the participants’ mobility and, depending on the class, may be gentle and slow or more vigorous; I truly love to guide people through practice and share yoga.   In my own journey I commit to finding #GoodThings and sharing them, practicing yoga as often as I can, on and off a mat.
