Begin your day with purpose: a light flow to get you moving and finish with gentle shapes to renew your spirit.

Young at Heart

Fridays 11:00 am-12:00 pm

Geared for those 50+ (but not exclusive to!) this is an upbeat and fun class to work on mobility, stability, and body awareness as we age. Great for beginners!
